Detail instruction of Essential Oil Extraction Equipment
1. Supercritical extraction technology is a green separation technology emerging in the world. So supercritical fluid refers to a fluid whose thermodynamic state is above the critical point (Pc, Tc).
2. The critical point is the point where the gas-liquid interface just disappears. Supercritical fluid has physical and chemical properties, and its density is close to that of liquid. It is close to gas, but has the characteristics of large diffusion coefficient, low viscosity and dielectric constant. It has better separation effect and is an excellent solvent.
I. Detail instractuon of essential oil extraction machine main parts:
1. This Co2 Extraction Machine mainly consists of separation kettle, fine distillation column, extraction kettle, CO2 high pressure pump, entrainer pump, refrigeration system, heat exchange system, purifying system, pressure stabilizing system of extraction kettle, CO2 tank, flow meter, temperature and pressure control( protection) system etc.
2. Exraction kettle: 0.5L, 1L, 2L, 5L/50Mpa, 10L, 24L/40Mpa, 50-200L/32Mpa. For both solid and liquid, circulating heating with water jacket, temperature controllable..
Separation kettle: 0.3-10L/30Mpa, 50-100L/16-22Mpa, Equipped with water jacket circulating heating and adjustable temperature.
3. Heat exchange and temperature control system: The digital display double-screen is used to control the remperature of water bath and to measure the temperature of CO2 fluid with the accuracy of temperature control at ±1℃. the heat exchange and temperature control system are equipped for extraction kettle, separation kettle and fine distillation column respectively to control the remperature of water circulation at -85 degree and the temperature of oil circulation at -150 degree.
4. Fine distillation column: According to technical requirements, 4 sections, 6 sections, and 8 sections can be provided for temperature control. Customers can choose corresponding fillings and loads according to technical requirements.

Features of Plant Extraction Equipment:
1. Supercritical extraction can be extracted at close to room temperature (35-40°C) and under the envelope of CO2 gas, which effectively prevents the oxidation and dissipation of heat-sensitive substances. Therefore, the effective components of the extract are kept in the extract, and the substances with high boiling point, low volatility, and easy pyrolysis can be extracted at a temperature far below its boiling point;
2. The use of supercritical extraction is a clean extraction method. 3. Extraction and separation are combined into one. Not only is the extraction efficiency high, but it also consumes less power, which improves production efficiency and reduces costs.;
